Personnel and Qualifications 
      
Charles M. Mobley holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology  with specialization in archaeology, a M.A. in cultural resource management/conservation  archaeology, and a B.A. in Anthropology.   He is certified by the Register of Professional  Archaeologists, and fulfills professional criteria under the Secretary of the  Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for archaeology and architectural history.  Dr. Mobley has spent almost 30 years in Alaska  teaching, writing, and consulting about Alaska’s  history and prehistory.  He has taught at  the University of Anchorage and Sheldon Jackson   College, and has written  over 100 technical reports, 18 articles, and one book.  Dr. Mobley’s work has included over 100  projects throughout Alaska.
      
      Charles Ottar Mobley holds a M.Phil. in  Archaeology and a B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology.   He is certified by the Register of Professional  Archaeologists, and fulfills professional criteria under the Secretary of the  Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for archaeology.  Ottar Mobley is a life-long Alaska  resident with specialization in Alaska  archaeology; he has also participated in archaeological projects in Mississippi, Virginia, California, Mexico,  and Cyprus.
